Happy Father's Day

We spent Father's Day weekend in Rangely with my parents, sisters and brother-in-law. We had a lot of fun riding on the boat, swimming, and of course, eating. My mom made a really cute "shirt" cake and had Tyler and Jason decorate the tie.

Elder Harrison

Jimmy's sister, Denise, and her husband, Alan and their son, Christopher, came out to bring Chris to the MTC. They are spending a few days with us before he goes in. We spent the day at Temple Square today and had a great time.

Brothers

Just a couple of cute pictures of the boys:

Zoo

We ventured to the zoo again with some Mommy friends. It was a ton of fun! There were 5 moms and 9 kids!! Check out the row of strollers!

Jason and Levi are only 2 weeks apart.

The perfect ride home from the Zoo. Ethan is on the right.

Sleepy head

Jason woke up at 5am (yes, that's right - 5:00 in the morning) today. There was no getting him back to sleep, so Jimmy so kindly got up with him. Well, I was doing my hair around 8:00 and Jason was just sitting outside the bathroom. Then he laid down on his blanket and before I was done with my hair he was OUT!! It was so cute!! He slept on the floor for about 30 minutes and then just came walking out of the bedroom looking for Tyler and me.

I love the cute bum in the air sleeping position!!

Hiking

We went up to Fernwood Trail on Saturday for a picnic and hike. The boys had a great time running wild. Jason loved playing with the rocks and water. Tyler also had fun watching the water. Even though we carried the boys most of the way, it was a lot of fun!

Boys, Boys, Boys

We have spent a lot of time outside the past month. The boys just LOVE to be outside and are usually dressed and ready to go before 9:00. Here are just a few shots of us playing outside.

The boys love the hot tub. We keep the temperature warm so it is more like a pool in the summer.

Jason, Tyler, Brinley

Brinley lives across the street and loves to come over and play. Any time Tyler sees her outside he will ask if she can come over. They are good little buddies!

I would love to know what Tyler was thinking here!

This video is so cute. This is a fun game that Tyler and Jason like to play. Jason waits at the edge of the driveway (very anxiously) for Tyler to bring him a rock. Then they both run towards our backyard to put the rock in a wheel barrow. Then they head back for more rocks. This can entertain them for a long time!! It is so fun to watch Jason run - he wants to go faster than his little legs will carry him.

Time flies when you are having fun

Sometimes I don't know where the days go. It seems like May just started and here we are with only a few days left before June. I have taken lots of pictures intending to post them and it just never happened, so here is our "fun" for the last two weeks:

Fishing with Grandpa and Daddy:
We didn't actually catch anything, but the boys had fun. I had a hard time keeping Jason out of the water. Tyler is excited to go fishing in Grandpa's boat next time.

FEED ME
Jason has a major sweet tooth!! He is a bottomless pit! The kid can eat all day long. He eats his own breakfast, runs to the kitchen as soon as he hears Jimmy opening the cereal, finishes Tyler's waffle and eats some of my cereal. Then he wants a granola bar! This is a typical morning for us :-)

My first ice cream sandwich - I ate the WHOLE thing!

Oreo cookies!!

Boys!
The other day Tyler went to play in the back yard. I did not think much of it, but decided I better just see what he was up to. As I looked out the window, I saw him standing there with his shirt up . He was kind of looking around and playing with his pants. Pretty soon, he pulls his pants down and just lets loose in my flowers!! I just watched, and got the camera! It was kind of funny, but when he did this same thing in the front yard, it was not quite as funny!

Christmas lights

Tyler has been way into building houses and forts with every cushion and pillow in the house. Yesterday he told Jimmy that he needed help putting up his Christmas lights. So the two of them, following Tyler's directions, put blocks all along the back of the couch for lights. Tyler is very creative and is always coming up with something new to make or build.
