Life with boys

This is what it is like to have a house full of boys!

Moster Truck Rally

Jimmy took Jason to a Monster Truck Rally over the weekend. Tyler would not go with them but Jason was so excited all day!

Jason was so excited to wear the big ear phones!

Jason fell asleep during intermission.

Christmas

It is much easier for me to post a few of my digi scrapbook pages than every single picture. I just finished scrapbooking 2009 and have ordered a photo book. I can't wait to get it and see how it turns out.

It was fun to do a 'pink' page! I don't get to do those very often :-)

Snow fort

We had a lot of fun playing in the snow over the weekend. Tyler loves it and Jason can only handle it for a short period of time. We all went out Saturday afternoon to sled and build a snowman and snow cave. We got even more snow on Sunday, so Tyler and Jimmy headed back outside to play. They made a HUGE snow fort to hide behind and throw snowballs at me! Tyler and Jimmy were soaked when they came inside but they had lots of fun!

Tyler's very first snowman built all by himself!

Sesame Street Live

Jimmy was able to get tickets from work to see Sesame Street Live last weekend (well, I should say that they could not give the tickets away, so Jimmy volunteered to take them). We had seats in one of the suites which was up really high, but had lots of yummy food. Tyler and Jason kept asking when Oscar was going to come on. They did a little Elmo's World segment and that was Tyler's favorite part. Half way through the show both boys said they wanted to go home, but we stuck it out and as soon as it was over they asked when we can do it again!

Eating popcorn and waiting for the show to start.

Winter Fun

Just a few things that we have been up to the last few weeks...

We got several inches of snow last night and when Tyler woke up this morning to see that, he was dressed and headed out the door to play in in by 9:30 this morning! We have a little sledding hill right behind our house, so we end up going there several times a day!

Jimmy even joined us for a while.

Hay ride around Layton Park to see the Christmas lights. (it was cold!!)

The boys have been begging me to make Gingerbread houses for them to decorate, so we went ahead and did it. They had fun decorating them with the candy they did not eat!

Sliding down the stairs on pool floaty's.

Bathing in buckets?!?!

Thanksgiving

This is only a couple of weeks late! We had a wonderful time with my family in Rangely, CO for Thanksgiving. We ate lots of yummy food, watched movies, played at my mom's school, swam, went sledding, shot Grandpa's gun, watched football and hung Christmas lights. Tyler and Jason love to visit Grandma and Grandpa's house! Since my mom was at my house the weekend before Thanksgiving, she took the boys home with her for the few days before Jimmy and I went over. It was wonderful! I was able to get all of my Christmas shopping done, wrapped and under the tree! I put up Christmas decorations with the help of my sister, went to the movies with Jimmy and got the house cleaned!

Kylee is walking now and tried really hard to keep up with Tyler and Jason. They were both so cute with her and had fun playing with her.

Jason fell asleep at the pool on the concrete! He would not get in the water and just sat on the side with my Mom.

Tiff was brave and took Tyler and Kylee down the hill!

Tyler had a blast shooting my Dad's gun!

Jason was scary with the pellet gun! He shot at my mom's car as we were pulling in!

New Moon

My mom, sisters, Jen and her mom and I all went to the premire of New Moon on Nov. 20th. It was so much fun! We had to get there a couple of hours early to stand in line to get into the theater (this was after me standing in line for 2 hours that morning to get wristbands which gave us our place in line that night). We designed our own matching shirts and wore Twilight Woods lotion and perfume! Courtney's little girl, Kylee, even had a Twilight shirt. We all enjoyed the movie and it was funny to listen to all of the screams in the theater when Edward and Jacob first came on and when Jacob took off his shirt! My mom saw Twilight 6 times in the theater, so we HAD to go back and see it Saturday night. It was a blast and we will be doing it again when Eclipse comes out this summer!
