Tyler's 3 year pictures

Jen took some really cute pictures of Tyler the other day. I was afraid that he would be a stinker and not cooperate, but he actually did really well. I was just happy to get clothes on him that matched and not on backwards!
~Thanks, Jen. They turned out cute!

We can FINALLY go to the park!

The snow has finally melted enough to enjoy our backyard park. It is, once again, starting to come to life in the afternoons and evenings. I love to open my window and hear all of the kids playing outside. We were at the park by 9am today and Tyler ate his breakfast outside on his picnic table. Jason loves it outside as well. When we are out there, he practically jumps out of my arms to get on the grass and crawl around. We discovered that he LOVES the slide!

Fun in the Sun

It has finally been warm enough to play outside during the day. Tyler has been itching to get outside for the past couple of weeks. Last week we had one day when it was really warm and Tyler would not come inside - he even took his dinner outside and had a picnic with Jimmy on his picnic table.

The ground was still a little bit wet, so I didn't really want Jason crawling around on it, so we stuck him in the swimming pool and gave him toys. He thought it was the greatest thing ever!

Silly Boys

Here are a few random pictures of the boys over the last couple of weeks.

Jason finally likes the jumper - and it is even more fun when Tyler swings him!

Tyler in his silky jammies he got from Grandpa.

I am not sure if Jimmy or Tyler got Jason dressed!

Tyler in his other silky jammies. Just the other day Tyler told me that he only wears his silky jammies on Wednesday.

Tyler singing for Jason with his keyboard and microphone he got for his birthday. Jason also likes to get a hold of that microphone!

Snow, snow and more snow

Here are a few pictures of all of the snow that we have had. It is starting to melt now, thankfully. The piles next to the mailbox were as high as the mailbox and there was about two feet in the yard. We have a bench in the front yard that is almost completely covered. Tyler loved eating the icicles. It has been a crazy winter!

Happy Birthday Grandma

We celebrated my mom's birthday this weekend with presents, cake and ice cream. Of course, Tyler had to help her blow out the candles. My parents also watched the kids for us so that we could enjoy a fun Valentine's date with three other couples.

Happy Birthday Tyler

Tyler turned 3 on February 3rd! My parents and sister and brother-in-law came for the weekend. Tyler was very excited to help Grandma decorate his Mickey Mouse cake. He was also very excited when he woke up and saw all of the presents that were for him!

Tyler got lots of fun presents, and a few essentials. He got a keyboard, fishing game, silky pj's, new bedding and a car seat. After presents, we had cake and ice cream. Jason went nuts over the ice cream. Aunt Courtney was feeding him and he sure had a temper when she did not feed him fast enough!

Later in the afternoon we all went bowling. It was a fun day. Thanks everyone that was here to make Tyler's day so special! I can't believe that he is already three!! He is so much fun and keeps us on our toes! He is my little helper around the house and like to things, "all my own." (all by my self) He is also a good big brother and already likes to wrestle with Jason.

Krispy Kreme

We went on a little field trip last week to Krispy Kreme. We got a tour of how they make the doughnuts, the kids got hats and coloring pages and we got a free sample - yum! It was a lot of fun, and I am sure that the Mom's enjoyed it more than the kids.

Tyler only licked the glaze off the doughnut and Jason just wanted to squish it between his fingers and laugh! We had a great time.

Jason went to town on the doughnut. I wish my camera had sound because it was hilarious to listen to him.
