Last week, I was putting Jason down for a nap and he told me that he had to go potty, so I put him down and told him to go. (He does this every once in a while and just acts like he is going in the potty.) He ran in the bathroom and then came back and told me that he did not want to wear diapers anymore and wanted to put underwear on! I said, "Okay, after your nap."
When Jason woke up from his nap, he wanted the underwear on, so we put them on. I was planning on potty training sometime this summer but was not quite ready! Well, he has not put a diaper on since and is doing AWESOME!!! He has very few to no accidents a day and even wakes up dry! I am thrilled to not have to buy diapers anymore!!
There is a piece of candy in Jason's mouth. Candy was the KEY bribery item for him. Tyler could care less about candy and wanted toys!

Congratulations Heather. that is a huge step. I am waiting to potty-train Luke when the kids go back to school. It will be the first time in ten years I have not changed diapers. I hope it continues to go well.

I'm soooo happy for you! That is a huge accomplishment. Now you don't have any more kids in diapers! I'm so jelous. We miss you guys alot. It would be nice to stay in touch.
