It is still warm enough to swim in the hot tub, so Jimmy got in with the boys for a little while on Saturday.

Tyler found these suspenders the other day and thinks they are so cool! He has a tool belt, goggles, gloves and a mask, but the suspenders are the only thing that actually stay on for more than a few minutes.

Preschool!
Tyler started preschool today! He was not excited about it at all, in fact, he did not want to go. He kept telling me that he did not want to go anywhere without me and Jason. He wanted me to stay there with him. Once we got there, and they started to play a few games, he was fine and I ducked out! When I went to pick him up he had a big smile on his face. We ended up playing "preschool" the rest of the afternoon!
We are just doing a Joy School type set up. There are 10 kids and each of the Mom's take a turn teaching in their home. We do it once a week for 2 hours. It is the perfect thing for Tyler!

Sunday Fun
Sunday's can get kind of long and boring since we do not have church until 1:00, but my boys can always find something to do!!
Jason thinks it is so much fun to 1. go through my purse and 2. use all of the tissue that he can to blow his nose. He usually does this in the bathroom and then throws his tissue in the toilet. I had to put the tissue box where he could not reach because he would use so many! (Don't you love his outfit!!) He still wants his shoes on as soon as he wakes up in the morning!
Tyler is obsessed with getting a boat right now. I think that is the only thing he has talked about for 3 days! He has been getting all of his stuff ready to go camping and storing all of it in our garage. You could not even walk out the door there was so much out there! He really thinks that we are going to buy a boat! So, in order to distract him a little bit, we made this cardboard boat. Notice the car pulling the boat on the carpet trailer! This is all Tyler's doing. He can make a boat and trailer out of anything!! He is so creative!

Utah State Fair
We went to the Utah State Fair last weekend with the Oberholzer's, and had a great time! The kids loved all of the animals and had so much fun on the little farm. We rode some rides and of course, ate yummy food!
The little farm was so cute, they had to get some grain to feed the cow, milk the cow, gather apples, plant a garden, gather eggs, gas up and ride a tractor, then take their products to be sold. At the end they got $1 to spend in this little store - it was tons of fun!

These white tigers were really fun to watch!

Duck Park
We love going to the park to feed the ducks. Both boys love to chase them. Jason actually touched a couple this time! The last picture is a hug - not a tackle! Tyler ran all over the park and as he came running back to me, he hugged Jason and said, "I sure missed you guys." It was so cute!

Swing Set
After all of Tyler's hard work making his own swing set, we gave in and bought him a real one! We found an end of season sale and could not resist. The boys LOVE it!! Tyler even likes to give Elmo rides on the glider.

Flaming Gorge
We went camping with my family again this weekend, and had a blast! We went to Flaming Gorge this time, which is an all time favorite camping spot for our family. The boys had so much fun. I think that Jason was covered in dirt the entire time!
Both boys love to cook with rocks and dirt and play in Grandpa's boat. Tyler loves to go fishing with Daddy and Grandpa and even got to reel in a few fish this time. Grandpa lets him drive the boat, which he thinks is great. Tyler lined up rocks and made roads for Lightning McQueen. Jason was hilarious and was always doing something to make us laugh. He is just a goof ball! He would spin around in circles and try to keep standing, learned how to eat sunflower seeds, cooked up a storm, and would NOT let us take off his shoes! He threw a fit when we tried to take them off so he could get in the water.
Aunt Tiffy and Jason (Tyler started calling her Tiffer)
This is what Jason's face looked like the entire time! He was in heaven!
No explaination for this one???

Sunflower seeds with Grandpa (bapa as Jason says)
Tyler the lion! Can't you almost hear the roar??
Naptime! Jason was so tired since he didn't sleep well at night - he took a 2 hour nap!
Cooking dinner! Yummm - mud pies!
Aunt Tiffy tring to teach Jason how to pee on a tree. Yes, that is poop on his bum!!! YUCK!! When Tiff took off his diaper, she didn't realize there was a little surprise for her! I took this picture before we even noticed!
Let's see what happens if I twist the rope on the swing and then let go! Jason only liked it once, but Tyler could not get enough!

Catch up
Here are a few pictures from the last couple of weeks...
Jason loves to drag all of my pots and pans out of the cupboard and line them up just right so he can cook.
Jason LOVES popsicles, but makes a huge mess! I stripped him down and stuck him in the bathtub so he could eat a fudgesicle! Tyler thought it was pretty funny! Tyler took the picture below.

One day, after buying a new box of diapers, I left the two boys alone for like 2 seconds and came back to find every single diaper out of the package and all over the living room. They even got the diapers that were in Jason's room. This is not the first time this has happened - I guess I should have learned my lesson the first time! OH the price you will pay for 2 minutes to get something clean, just to turn around and clean up another mess!
Jason has been my little helper in the garden this summer. He loves to get out the little gloves and shovel and go to work. We found some worms today and he thought that was so cool! He would pick them up and take them over to show Tyler, who did not appreciate them quite as much! Jason is definitely all boy!
