Davis County Fair
We went to the Davis County Fair on Friday and had a great time!! It was a small fair, but there was plenty to keep the boys entertained for several hours! The boys loved looking at all of the animals. Tyler did not want to touch any of them, but Jason did not hesitate at all! He even wanted to go right up to the huge cows! We rode rides, ate dinner, blew bubbles with Dallas, drove cars, and got balloon animals.

Tyler loves the rides! He was sick of the little kiddy rides and wanted to do the tilt-a-whirl, so Dallas and I took him on it. I used to ride that thing like 10 times in a row when I was younger, but once about did me in this time! We were the only ones on the ride and I had to ask the guy to stop because we went forever! Tyler loved it, but was looking a little sick by the end.

They had a couple of really neat tents set up just for little kids. The boys would have stayed there all day if we let them.

Swing set
Tyler is VERY creative and wanted to make a swing set out of wood. He had already painted the wood, so we were ready to build. I helped him, but he came up with the whole plan!! The swing was not quite strong enough to hold him, but Tyler had fun swinging his stuffed dog. I am sure this looks like some type of torture devise hanging between our trash cans!! It is amazing to see the things that Tyler comes up with.

Grandma Douglas
I went to Girls Camp last week, so my mom came to help out with the kids. Everyone had a great time!! I am not sure who was more exhausted at the end of the week!
Tyler would have my mom stay at the park and he would run home to get various things for thier "camp out." He used the backpack to get everything to the park on his bike.
A little R&R!

Camping at Jordanelle
We went camping with my parents and sister, Tiffany, a few weekends ago and had a great time! The boys absolutely loved it!! They had fun playing in the dirt, cooking Cheerios, riding in the boat, driving the boat, playing in the tent, going on walks, and of course, roasting marshmallows. We had so much fun that we will be going again at the end of the month.
My Dad's sweet truck tent - Tyler thinks this is the best thing ever!
Jason learning how to go to the bathroom while camping!

Jason was so tired, he went over and laid in the sand.

Jason kissed the fish!!
Eating again!!! I think that is all Jason did the whole trip!

Ice cream and socks
It has been a very long time since I have posted anything, so I will try to get caught up here...
Jason LOVES ice cream and loves his very own popsicle even more! This picture was taken at Matthew's birthday party. It is a good thing that he was in a swimming suit! He was a sticky mess!
Tyler got new church socks and thinks they are so cool!! When we get home from church, he immediately goes to change his clothes, but he always wants to leave his socks on, and pulled up to his knees! Gotta love kids :-)

Baby??
Don't get any crazy ideas from the title!! I was playing outside with Tyler and Jason today and Tyler asked me when we are going to have another baby like Jen's new baby! (Jen is my neighbor). I about died!! I told him that it was going to be a LONG time :-) Later, when I told Jimmy about it, he asked Tyler when he wanted another little brother and Tyler said, "now."

Grandma Bruck visits
For some reason I thought that I had already posted these pictures.
A couple of weeks ago, Jimmy's mom came out for a week long visit. We had a great time going to the Treehouse Museum, the duck park, Thanksgiving Point's Barn, and to the Ogden Nature Center.
Thanksgiving Point - both boys loved the animals. Tyler was content to just watch them, but Jason liked to pet them.

Ogden Nature Center - they had a really fun treehouse the boys played in after lunch.
